Our Process
We will schedule a meeting at your property. Our meeting will cover the following topics:
- Discuss your situation – What do you need to address/resolve.
- What do you want to accomplish.
- Walk the property so we may learn as such as we can about the property.
- Take pictures to market the property.
- Note repairs and/or updates the property requires.
A few days later, we will return with practical solutions for your consideration. And yes, it will include an option to sell your property to an investor. But rest assured it will not be skewed to that solution, unless it truly is the best solution. Each solution will include a list of Pros and Cons to help you determine the best path for you. We will not pressure you one way or the other. And your choice is your choice. At this point we are simply providing critical information for you to make the best choice for you and your family.
If you chose to sell your property, we then take steps to market your house to our investors. Within a few days, we should have multiple offers for you to consider. Bear in mind, these offers will reflect the state of the house and the cost to rehab the property to meet the standards of the area. When we present the offers, we will review next steps, as well as where the proceeds will be allocated. This will include an estimate of the total you will receive at closing.
